Weymouth - The Children's Paradise

The title says it all.

Weymouth has always sold itself on the safety and beauty of its attractions.
Just look at the excitement on the faces of these youngsters in the early 1900s and what about those beach fashions.

The young man on the beach in plus fours would have been extremely uncomfortable if it was a warm day, although from the expressions and body language of some bathers the water is not so warm!!

The signs on the wall in the background include one for the coal merchant business of Bryer Ash
